This msg "Packet to client 0013.02ad.be36 reached max retries, removing the client" appears on almost all my WAPs every day. Is this something that I need to take action on?

Is it the same mac address that appears on the logs. Do you need to take action??? Well if no one is complaing, then I would say no. This could be due to client driver issues or interference... or just the client roaming.
