I would like some help in Disabling the Ringback feature when Transfering a Call.
Senario:
I have some analog lines from an ATA186 device. When we transfer a call to another extension and the transfer is completed. Then when you hang up the phone. The phone gets a "Ringback". You then have to go off hook and hang up again.
I think that your "ring" is a call return service.
Is your ATA sip? Check CallFeatures Parameter Bit 9 and 25 and set to 0.
What protocol is configured on your ATA?
