RME Change Audit Notification

I have set an automated action in RME for any CONFIG_CHANGE to send email notification. We get some of the emails as soon as the change occurs (via syslog)but others only are getting sent when the daily polling job runs. We'd like to get all of them immediately or soon after each change is made. Is this normal CW behavior or do have it configured wrong? LMS 3.0.1 with RME 4.1.1 thanks

The Automated Actions will be triggered at the time the change is detected. If you are sending syslog messages to the RME server, then the change should be detected almost immediately. However, if RME doesn't get notified when a config change is made, then it must wait until it polls the device during its periodic cycle before it detects a change has been made.
