Smartnet coverage for software upgrades?

Can someone help me understand what the part numbers are for smartnet software upgrades? I believe the call manager upgrade coverage is indicated with the K9 in the line and the Unity is a little easier to identify, it indicates the upgrade as =1, which I am assuming means you can upgrade to the next release only.

Anyone have experience with this? We have Call Manager 5.1 and Unity 4.2.

If the Smartnet part number starts with SAS then you only gain the right to upgrade within minor releases [and you also get no hardware support]. SAU is the part number leader for software-only support that includes major upgrade rights. CON is the part number leader for hardware and software upgrades for most people. There is another part number leader (S2P?) for Service Providers.
