Voice Views Express (Unity Express 3.0.3) Spanish. Problem

Hi experts, i am installing an CCME (4.03) with Unity Express (3.0.3), Spanish (Latin American) license and having a problem with the display with 7940 phones (the only model the client owns) when i enter to the Voice View Express service.


The service prompts and you can log in with no troubles but once you are there the spanish characters with an "accent" (á,é,í,ó,ú) are not shown correctly and it replaces them with some extrange and many characters that make reading the menu imposible.


The CCME is enforcing the use of spanish (ES) languague for the phones, in fact the characters (á,é,í,ó,ú) are presented correctly in the display of the phone for the configuration settings, but the trouble comes in once you log into the voice view express.

Carlos, have you tried with Cisco Unity Express v3.1.2?? Maybe could fix this issue.
