Hi There;

Can someone help me work out why, when I connect a pc in any of port 2 - 24 i get the message 'protocol down' via the console and the corresponding link light is yellow. However port 1 comes up straight away when connected.

Any ideas what I could try to get ports 2 - 24 working?

how about the interface status? is it shutdown? can you provide the show interfaces to get an idea what you're dealing with.
