Error 413 after upgrading to vpn3000-4.7.2.P-k9

Hi,

I was'nt able to connect with my Cisco vpn client vers. 5.0.01.0600 to 3000 Conecentrator after upgrading image from

vpn3000-4.7.2.F-k9 to vpn3000-4.7.2.P-k9. Can any one help on this issue? Tanks in advance.

Double check your authentication credentials both at the VPN Client and the concentrator:

Reason 413: User authentication failed.

Either the user entered wrong user authentication information, or the client was not able to launch the XAuth (user authentication) process.

Hi,

I found out that when i remove "Group Lock" check than i can Authenticate with Radius server. If I check the "Grou Lock" than Authentication fails.
