NEC 2000 Integration with Cisco H323 gateway

hi there,

we are trying to integrate NEC 2000 IPS with Cisco3845 voice gateway using QSIG.

We are able to get the E1 link up with ISDN status as Multiple frame established. But when we are trying to place call across this E1, we are getting " Recovery on timer Expiry" error message.

Similarly when We try to initiate call from NEC side, they can see the Trunk is seized by looking at the E1 card indicatio, but we are not getting a single packet on Voice gateway side.

TAC confirmed CISCO side confiuguration is correct and asked us to check NEC side.

Does any one have any idea about NEC side configuration? Will this be conpatible?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Ok.. there is one update now.... we are able to call from NEC to Cisco side ... but other way still having same problem...

also we have changed from QSIG to ISDN i.e. pri-net5 ... some how NEC is not replying when calling NEC extesion.

Check the version of QSIG you are running on the NEC

What CCM version is it?

What does the debug isdn q931 look like

we have removed QSIG and now using ISDN PRI-Net5.

Debug ISDN q931 gives below output:
