Is there a product out there that can audit what changes users are making within CCM Admin?

I know you can get a trace file that shows who is logged into CCMAdmin and what entity they are changing but it does not show the specifics. I guess I'm looking for something like ACS auditing.

Does something like Unified Operations Manager show this with the depth required?
