Upgrading from CCM 4.1(3) to CCM60

We are planning to upgrade from CCM4.1(3) to CCM6.1 cluster. Can I know the complete steps to follow? It includes upgrading publisher and subscribers, pre-installation plan, troubleshooting during installation, post installation plan. Can we upgrade on 7835 servers? If so then how many devices can be registered on this server? Which devices will need licenses?

Thanks in advance. I am also searching on Cisco but need helping hand as well.

We are running same CCM cluster for both IPT and IPCC. What will be effect on IPCC operations and any configuration changes need to be done?
