Hi,
Inventory collection fails for a number of our 2651XMs with the error message "RICS0001:Internal Error, unable to process the collected data from the device.
The 2651s have a number of different IOS versions and there are other 2651s with these IOS versions that work ok with inventory collection, so I don't think it is due to IOS bugs.
I'm Running Ciscoworks 2.6 RME v4.0.5
Any Ideas folks?

Did you try deleting the device and adding it again?

I think you need a patch from Cisco TAC, have a look at this:
