IPMA speed dials kept when upgrade 4 to 6 ?

Hi, we are planning several upgrades from CCM 4 to 6 but we want to be sure that the IPMA assistant console speed dials will be preserved.

Does anyone already experimented this ?

Hello,

we did an upgrade some time ago from 4.x to 5.x, and I'm pretty sure the speed dials were not preserved.

In your case, from 4.x to 6.x, I don't know, but anyway, be careful!

did you ever get an answer on this? we just performed our upgrade form 4.2 to 6.1 and the last ramaining issue is upgrading the IPMA users but we have not had luck preserving the speed dials in the past and we are holding off until we can find a way to save these. did you happen to come across a way to do this, perhaps locating the file?

Hi,

No I have no solution to migrate the speed-dials ... Guess someone has to take note of them and reconfigure them manually.
