Hi have configured the Cisco Unified CM attendant console Pilot point and it will not register. registration is coming up as unknown, can you assist?

have you gone thru the whole configuration?? members added to the hunt group? devices and PP associated??

try resetting the PP

I added the pilot point, added hunt group numbers, created the AC user

I THINK THAT YOU MUST ADD USER GROUP TO THE PILOT POINT IN THE PERMISSION INFORMATION FIELD
