Unity services that are critical to function?

We are setting up an alert monitor and we want to identify which of the Unity voicemail services could go down even if the server itself is still up and running? I believe one is AvCsNodeMgr, can anyone confirm that and let me know what other services could be down even if the server itself is still up and running?
