I'm hoping there's a workaround for this issue:
PSTN caller 212 555 1234 calls into CME extension 8888. The call is transferred to extension 7777, but the call is not answered and sent to CUE where a voicemail is left.
When user 7777 retrieves messages, it looks like a message was left by extension 8888, not the actual (PSTN) caller. CUE will play a prompt of "Message from 8888".
Is there a workaround to this issue?
