Cisco IP Phones not displaying Phone number in corporate directory

Hey all,

We have just upgraded to CCM 5.1(3). I am running into an issue where the new uesers added into AD show up, but their phone numbers do not. We can add new users into AD and they show up in the corporate directory search, but the phone number underneath the user is blank.

Has anyone else ever run into this issue. It only happens on new users added into AD.

Found my solution....ldap sync was set to every 7 days. Now what i dont get is why the user shows up in the corporate directory and not the number until you perform a full sync.
