Automatic Failover of Links

Hi,

The setup goes as follows:-

Data-Center1=====10MB========DataCenter2

DataCenter1========8MB======Site1

DataCenter2========6MB=======Site2

DataCenter2=========5MB=====Site1

DataCenter2=========5MB======Site2

If the link between DataCenter 1 and DataCenter2 goes down then would like to use the traffic to flow from other links from Site 1 as primary option and if thats down then use site 2.

We are running OSPF?? All links are Wireless terminating on Ethernet port. ( No Serial connection )

What config is required to make data flow from other connected links

How to make it work automatically???

If you are using OSPF, and the links are costed to reflect link bandwidth correctly, and there's only one OSPF area. Then traffic should flow, in case of link failure, as you desire.

If more than one OSPF area is being used, or costing doesn't reflect the simple intersite bandwidths correctly, then traffic might not flow as you desire.
