Unable to install UCCS Desktop Applications from Plugin screen

When i try to installed one of the three available Unified CCX desktop applications i get the following error message :"This installation is not fully configured.See Product documentation for properly configuring your system".

However i am able to upload the script, create applications , assign a trigger to it. And dial the trigger nr. All works fine except that i am unable to install the desktop applications.

F.Y.I I am using Uccx 5.02 Build064

All help is appreciated.

have you uploaded a seat license or just a port license? Sounds licensingish to me..

When i go to the licensing page the following information is displayed.

Package: Unified CCX Premium

IVR Port(s): 20

Unified CCX Premium Seat(s): 10

High Availability Enabled: 1

Unified CCX Maximum Agents: 300

Must be enough i suppose.
