Caller ID Display problem with CCME

I have recently configured a CCME and when the users call outside the number being displayed to the other party is our pilot number instead of the indivudal extension numbers...

What I mean is that if a user calls outside from a extension 115 the other party is being displayed as the pilot number 24769100 instead of 24769115..

Telco says everything at their end is fine and I have to check the CCME.

Can someone help to fix this issue...

Is this a PRI line or a POTS line or SIP trunks that the call is going out from? If it's PRI do an debug isdn q931 and make a test call, that will show you what digits are being sent. if it's SIP trunks then debug ccsip all will show the setup messages....and you can verify from there.

If it's sending the correct digits then call telco and show them the debug.

Also under the telephony-service config make sure you have calling-number initiator set

If you still need help, Please post the results of a

debug isdn q931 (if PRI)

debug ccsip all (IF Sip Trunks)

and

debug voice ccapi inout
