6509 ios upgrade failed

I have a case open with tac, but if anyone has an idea why my ios upgrade failed, I would be most grateful. Original config booted from sup-bootflash:, I moved the IOS to disk0: and updated config to boot systemd dis0:filename.

Now 6509 comes up to router>

Its acting like nvram is empty, there is no start config. Any ideas?

thanks, problem solved already, but the reg was 0x2102. seemed to be related to the ios version, it blew away my config and that was just the start of it....
