CDR String / Information

Customer is having Opera Software to manage their hotel management system. They are looking for IP Telephony solution (UC 500 0r Cisco Call manager express 4.3 )

Opera is having call billing feature. They want to generate bill through their Opera software. For that, we need to send CDR information/string to this application. Please suggest me whether its possible or not .

If yes how to do it?

Thankx for your reply... i m not getting clear idea about on above problem based on your earlier discussion.

I want to know whether CME will send the CDR information/String to Opera application. Becouse these string will be used to generate the billing through Opera software.

If it will work as above so I can pitch the solution to our customer
