What error are you getting when you try to perform an inventory collection? What type of device is this?

I cound not find any specific error for the failure of Inventory.

I am getting description as " Device Collection Failed."

I will focus on the inventory collection problem. The other problem looks to be an SNMP error either with the device config or the credentials in DCR.

Please provide the device type which is failing inventory collection as well as the IC_Server.log.
