Questions about AXL Service Provider on CRS 5

Unanswered Question

I have a CRS 5 server that I would like to change the password for since it has superuser priviledges and we are in the process of restricting access.

1 - The AXL Service Provider account has super user permissions. Is this necessary?

2 - How do you change the permissions for this account? I tried changing it on the CUCM side first and got an error on the CRS saying that it could not authenticate when I tried to change its password. When I did it in reverse, same problem.

I have this problem too.

it only needs AXL rights. Superuser includes AXL Right, however its not necessary. Just make sure the user in CCM has the AXL role and your good to go.

Just making sure; you're saying that this account should be assigned to the Standard AXL API Access group, correct?
