Hi,

I would like to seek expert advice on how the following setup

Internet=======ISP======MY_RTR----Microsoft_ISA----Cisco4500

With the above setup I m not able to identify if the link to ISP is down or http traffic not working from ISP....???

What is an ideal solution to ease troubleshooting during a breakdown

NetFlow data. Enable netflow on your Internet.

Run Netflow collector on a linux machine. Write

perl script to parse that data and you will be

able to monitor it that way.

Easy right?
