Cat 3750 Stack - Power Supply Problem reported by 122-25.SEE4

We upgrade 4 different stacks of CAT 3750 at 4 different sites miles apart. Ever since we upgraded from c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-25.SED1.bin to c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-25.SEE4.bin we are continuously (yes continuosly - non stop) gettin teh messages reported in the attachment.

Can't believe that this has happened on 3 different stacks which all have 4 members each and each stack is miles apart from the other stack. One stack reports external power supply failt and 3 stack report internal power supply fault. Is it possible that these power supplies were already faulty but since the internal or external power supply was working the older version did not report these faults.

Previous note should have said 4 different stacks - not 3 different stacks.
