Tracking router interface

Unanswered Question

Hi, I've tried the following config

to monitor a tunnel interfaces and bring up other tunnel interfaces if it goes down.

The only problem is that the macro only executes the first action 1.0 and then fails. The router is on TACACS authentication.

IOS version Cisco IOS Software, 3800 Software (C3825-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1).

Has anyone come across the same problem?

track 99 interface Tunnel10 line-protocol

delay down 10 up 10

--------------------

event manager applet TRACK_TUNNEL_10_DOWN

event track 99 state down

action 1.0 syslog msg "Core Tunnel10 is down; Bringing Backup tunnels online"

action 2.0 cli command "enable"

action 3.0 cli command "config t"

action 4.0 cli command "int range tunnel 14 - 16"

action 5.0 cli command "no shut"

action 6.0 cli command "end"

event manager applet TRACK_TUNNEL_10_UP

event track 99 state up

action 1.0 syslog msg "Core Tunnel10 is up; Taking Backup tunnels offline"

action 2.0 cli command "enable"

action 3.0 cli command "config t"

action 4.0 cli command "int range tunnel 14 - 16"

action 5.0 cli command "shut"

action 6.0 cli command "end"

I have this problem too.
