I have a local user that is not able to use the QRT reporting feature on his phone to log his dropped calls. The QRT options does not appear in the display. Please help, Chet

Thanks for the reply. I looked into changing the soft key settings, but how do I know which one allows for QRT logging?

go to the softkey templates and look for one that has the QRT softkey in the onhook and connected state or create your own, then assign it to the phone

Issue somehow fixed itself. May have been a reboot of our voice gateway and I think deleting the device in CCM + re creating it may have also worked if tried. This topic should be considered closed
