CSS - backup content being hit

Hi,

I have 2 css box configured for redundancy using VIP.

When i issue the command sh summary on the box that hold the contents that are in a backup state i'm seeing hits on the services. I don't understand how the services are being hit by clients through a content in backup state.

Anyone can explain it ?

do you see the hits increasing or not ?

If it's not increasing, it could indicate that there was a failover at some time.

Do you have connection replication configured ?

Version ? Config ?

Hi Gdufour,

The hits are increasing, i reset the counters with the command zero all, inside the owner, since that some contents in backup state are increasing. It happens in at least 10 contents in backup state.

My box is CSS11503-AC and the ios version is sg0730106.

How can i check if there was a failover ?
