I have two Servers in different Networks and all the users need to access the server. When one server will be down the user's traffic will be forwarded to another servers. I need this solution in router level and with configuration of Nating. Please find the low level diagram.

Did you happen to find a solution to your scenario? I am looking at the same scenario.

As mentioned in the previous message, the only IOS feature that will perform this function is Server Load Balancing (SLB). This is only supported in a limited number of platforms and IOS versions (www.cisco.com/go/fn)

Additionally, SLB is in the process of being deprecated from IOS, so the future for laod balancing will be ACE.

HTH.
