FXS card in 7609 router

Hi,

I installed 7609,in that we inserted 1-fxs card and spa-1.I inserted SPA in 1st port and fxs card in 2nd port.I given show run command its showing

2/1 gigabit ethetnet

2/2 fast ethernet

2/3 fast ethernet

.

2/5 fast ethernet

i have doubt in that because i connected fxs card in 2 slot there is no ethernet ports in FXS card

please anybody explain what it means.

Hello Chandru,

there are ad hoc linecards for C6500 and C7600 for supporting FXS ports I don't think you can use it in this way
