mapping real to private

Hello,

I have two cisco routers one connected to internet and other one connected to it through fa port with private IP ,I need to reach the inside router from internet ,this is needed because I want to configure easy VPN on the inside router.(so what is needed basically is real IP translated to privat)?

any help???
