We have CCM 5.1 integrated with Active Directory.
I have created a local application user to use when the AD is down.
I have also associated a particular phone to the application user.
I want to give the application user access to only the ccm user page. So, I assigned him to the CCM End Users group.
Using the application user login, I am able to login to the CCMUser page. But I am not able to see the phone associated with the user in the CCMUser page.
The application user account should be able to change call forwarding of the phone associated with him.
Can you please help me in fixing this issue?
