I created the 2nd IPPA service in CCM, whose url gives the following error:

Not sure what is wrong.Can somebosy suggest

2)For IPPA service redundancy,

If one IPCCX is down, do I need to unsubscriber IPPA Service-1 and then Subscribe IPPA Service-2 or both can be subscribed parallely to IP Phone?
