internet connectivity problem after VPN terminated on ASA.

Hi, internet connectivity for lan gets disconnected after of VPN termination on ASA.(remote user needs to connect to ASA).even I cant telnet to ASA or internet router...when I restart the ASA then everything is fine.IOS is 7.0(6).

Hello,

Without access and without seeing the problem, its hard to pin point the issue. So, here are somethings we can start with.

a. Can you send me the output of the following commands

sh run | in global

sh ip

sh run | in nat

sh run static

sh run | in crypto

b. When this problem happens, can you do "clear xlate" & "clear arp" - see if it works after that. Since you cant access the ASA via telnet, can you console into the ASA and issue those commands.

c. Last but not a perfect solution - since its blind troubleshooting..you are on a very old version of code. Can you please upgrade to 7.2.x version of code.

IF possible post your crypto configs here, most probably your NAT exemption or crypto ACLs are mis-configured.

show run crypto

show run tunnel-gr

show run group-policy
