Hi All,
I need to add new PGs to the existing IPCC Environment.
However, i'm not sure what the instance number is the existing IPCC Servers are configured.
Is there anyway to find out the existing instance number without disrupting the existing environment?
Regards
Erwin

You should be able to find your instance information by using the Configuration Manager utility. Under Explorer Tools, you should see a sub-heading for ICM Instance Explorer.

You can also find it on any existing ICM server using Regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\
Do note that if you are adding new PGs into a 7.x environment that the setup will collect the instance information from the Domain Controller, and provide you with a drop down list to select from.
