I have been getting more than a few of the following message on the ASDM console. What could this be? "inbound UDP" does that mean coming from Outside, with a private IP? Both source and Destination IP do not exit in our network. TIA
"2 Aug 19 2008 20:20:43 106006 172.16.2.3 172.16.8.3 Deny inbound UDP from 172.16.2.3/1024 to 172.16.8.3/5000 on interface Inside."

The message you are seeing is saying that the UDP traffic is being blocked from host 172.16.2.3 on inside interface.

If these subnets do not exist in my network, then what would causing this?
