We've had 2 incidences involving Unity Subscriber mailbox users. They can log into to their mailbox just fine, but cannot retrieve messages; system response âyour messages are unavailable at this timeâ. They receive message indication on their phone, but cannot retrieve the message. Most recently, a user was on vacation returning yesterday.
She had visual indication and logged in but could not select any options. In both instances we deleted the mailbox and rebuilt new, but of course they lose their messages.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
