Unity subscriber mailbox locking up

We've had 2 incidences involving Unity Subscriber mailbox users. They can log into to their mailbox just fine, but cannot retrieve messages; system response “your messages are unavailable at this time”. They receive message indication on their phone, but cannot retrieve the message. Most recently, a user was on vacation returning yesterday.

She had visual indication and logged in but could not select any options. In both instances we deleted the mailbox and rebuilt new, but of course they lose their messages.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi marwanshawi,

What exactly would need to be done on the MS Exchange mailbox service? Would a setting need to be changed?

i am not sure

but to make sure what is it

go to windows event viewer and see the warnings and error logs there and search it in microsoft website
