you can set up a point to point connection with nearly any AP from Cisco.

The thing is the following:

802.11n uses reflections to optimize the signal, that's one reason for the 3 antennas. So in a point to point connection, you usually do not have these reflections.

You can use an AP1252 e.g. for that, but the question is if the minimal gain is worth the investion.
