where can i find ASA documents related software architecture ?(inclued pictures)-_-
I have serched almost all of cisco.com , but couldn't find......

No the ASA/PIX are no longer simialr in either the software or hardware architecture. ASA 8.x is based on linux and PIX continues to use the Cisco Finesse OS. The hardware is also very different (altough both are based on x86 architecture). I don't think there is any other document 'publicly' available describing what you want.
