I'm testing this feature with these scenarios:
7960 + CUVA / 7985 > CCM 5.1.3 > ISR GW 2811 (12.4(20)T) + VIC2-2BRI > ISDN > Polycom ViewStation SP384
7960 + CUVA / 7985 > CCM 5.1.3 > ISR GW 2811 (12.4(20)T) + VIC2-2BRI > ISDN > IPVC GW 3527 (v5.5) > GK > Polycom VSX7000
Both the 2811 and the Polycom has 1 BRI connected. The 3527 has 1 PRI.
The only "successful" call is from the 7960+CUVA vs the Polycom VS, using G.711 A law and H.263. The problem is that I have experience is one-way audio. I don't why we can't connect to the 3527.
Do you have tested it? Can we change opinions?
Thanks and regards!

What is the version of CUVA or VTA installed on your Client PC?
Are you using 7961/41 or 7970/71 IP phones connected to these VTA cameras?
What is the firmware version for the phone?
Is this a new install or has this ever worked before?
Do you receive one way video and audio?
Have you checked/tested to see if video works fine?

It's a new installation. I'm using CUVA 2.1, a 7960 IP phone with firmware name P00308000800.
On the Polycom the audio has no delay, but there is a 4 seconds delay with the video stream. The video delay on the CUVA is very low, but there is no audio on the c7960.
Thanks and regards!

Are you able to share the configurations of the dial-peer(s), interface and voice-port for the BRI connected to the Polycom SP384.
I'm currently facing some issues with the integration where outgoing video calls from the SP384 is ok but it will drop the incoming calls after 2 rings.
Thanks.
