Mac-address not seen on PFC but viewable on DFC on cisco 6509 device

We can't see the mac-address on the PFC but we see it on the DFC.

Kindly let me know if i am missing anything here?

Use mac-address-table synchronize global configuration command

and " mac-address-table aging-time 0 routed-mac"?
