IPMDbMonitor Process

When installing IPM 4.0.1, the manual says to check and make sure all 4 processes are running.

I am missing one. IPMDbMonitor

When calling up the devices in the module I get an error ....

Error in communicating with Group Administration Server.

Is there a way to patch this? Or should I uninstall IPM and then re-install?

This is fine. In LMS 3.0.1, we removed some extraneous dbmonitor processes to free more memory.

The error you're seeing has not do with IPMOGSServer being down or in a bad state. Please post the IPMOGSServer.log.
