We currently have a few very active virtual tenants that are across the country. These companies receive 2, 3 maybe 4 calls simultaneously. With our Nortel system, it will not forward calls externally to within 2 seconds (the minimum settings on Nortel). In other words, the first call comes in, it get forwarded to the correct place. The second call comes in, whether it's simultaneous or within 2 seconds, it gets forwarded to default attendant.
I need to know if Cisco can take that away and forward simultaneous calls.
Can this be done and what I need to get it done.

we have the maximum number of calls and busy trigger.
any call above the busy trigger value follows the CFB setting you have.
to have simultaneous calls you can have either shared lines or a broadcast line group depending on what you want

Not too sure what that means but I am taking it as Yes it can. The other part of the question is; if I want to have that setup, what do I need.

What about CME, I don't really care for phones...just virtual profiles. Any Specific equipment you recommend
