What would be the broadcast address and network address of 10.2.2.3/24?
I had a long debate on this question with my friend, plz reply.

B'cast = 10.2.2.255 [directed]

The broadcast address would be 10.2.2.255. In a class C address space the last octet will always be 255.

Actually he told me that the last three octets will be changed and the first octet will be constant as it's class A address.
But the subnet will allow only last octet to be changed as the total hosts are 255 and changing three octets will give up 255+255+255 which is absurd.

Perhaps the confusion arises whether you're doing classful addressing (such as when you mention class A) or whether you're doing classless addressing (such as implied by your /24 in your original post).
