Second RingTone on FXO MGCP

Hi,

I have two routers connected together via an FXS FXO connection, (this line use to be presented on an analogue line) this is then a PLAR to a shared line on 3 phones. The router with an fxo is under control of the call manager via mgcp (this is also an SRST router so I can not change to a H323).

When an inbound call enters via the FXO port, the calling person hears the call connect, and then hears a secondary ring tone as the call connects. Does anyone know if this secondary ring tone can be removed?

Many thanks

If the CCM is configured correctly for FXO ports then this should remove the "two-stage dialing".

Use any of the following workarounds:

Configure the GW H323 instead of MGCP or

The AA dn could be changed to a unique value, or Removal of the overlapping route pattern from the GW partition.
