I have a reachability alert in DFM for a 3750 switch that is reachable. The status is ACK.
When I click on the alert ID there is no alert and there is no clear button.
Any ideas how I can clear this alert?

What version of DFM is this?

Please post a screenshot of the alert details window. There should be a Clear button as well as others there.

The alert is already cleared. Give it at most 30 minutes, and it will age out of AAD on its own. You will then be able to find it in Fault History.

This looks like a bug, but I could not find any matches. My feeling is it has something to do with the fact that this alert is acknowledged. I recommend you open a TAC service request so they can look at this further.
