2851 Terminating SIP/PRI/FXS

Does anyone see a problem with terminating a SIP connection (PSTN), PRI(PSTN) and FXS in a 2851 router?I know it's a broad question, but any thoughts would be great.

Yes.Supported.You can use multiple protocol on the same gateway SIP,H323,ISDN PRI,Analog PSTN,MGCP,SCCCP..

Better to configure as Unified Boarder elements(IP to IP gateway)

Concern - terminating a sip (which by the way is converted to an H323 trunk to CM) and PRI into the same box, can this be done, is it supported?
