sh arp: cplane 127.0.2.1 0000.0002.0001

On sh arp command, the firewall lists: cplane 127.0.2.1 0000.0002.0001

What is the interpretation of the above?

This is internally used by the ASA. You need not worry about it. You will find many such things. Check show asp ... interface for example.
