Exclude address from /16 pool

I have 10.1.0.0/16 pool and i want to summarize the pool by excluding 10.1.1.0/24 address from 10.1.0.0/16 so that summary cannot be performed on 10.1.1.0/24. Is it possible ?

You can use unsuppress-map option in BGP...
