Hi,

Im trying to run TDR and im getting error

"unable to get TDR related information from one or more devices.

Problem Cause

one or more devices:

- May not support TDR

- May be unreachable

- Have incorrect read/write credentials in DCR

"

I check Common Services under Device and Credentials and the device has the correct write SNMP string and Primary credentials to login to the Catalyst 3560 switch. I can see the device under Topology Services meaning DCR is working.

Have I miss anything?
